If you click on a button of the right panel of
the DIGIblue SUITE-X theme,
you can change this appearance; in another words,
this status-bar is a multi-panels bar !
The CONTROL appearance
gives you a virtual keyboard and access to the
controls ports 1 and 2. Click on the virtual keys
in stead of pressing the real keys of your PC
keyboard !
You can also determine the speed of the Rensha
Turbo (or Autofire).
The blueMSX virtual keyboard is based on the
MSXturboR GT keyboard. It's the most complete
keyboard, as it includes 2 special keys, that are
only used by the intern software of this machine
(ST or GT variant).
However, the keyboard configuration is first
defined by the BIOS of the emulated machine.
You will find more explanations on the pages
related to a specific keyboard :

matrices, check this website : http://map.grauw.nl/articles/keymatrix.php
The MSX keyboard is generally very similar to a
standard PC keyboard (the unique exception is the
Russian MSX keyboard). The typewrite keys are
almost the same as well as the numeric keypad.
The Caps key toggles bigger sized alphabet
characters (only in normal mode for Japanese,
Korean and Arabic machines).
The MSX keyboard has five physical function keys.
To access function key 6 to 10, you need to hold
down the SHIFT key and press one of the keys F1
to F5.
As some MSX keys don't exist on a PC keyboard,
the emulator makes also some adjustements to
support the complete MSX keyboard :
- the PC key before the "1" key is used
for emulate a MSX key on the third row
- the extrem right PC key on the third row is
used to emulate the extrem right MSX key on the
first row
Specific MSX keys are mapped to the following PC
keyboard keys :

keys for shortcuts,
that you can change in the Shortcuts Editor.
If the default mapping is source of problems, you
can change it in the keyboard section of the Input Editor.
